1)Product advantages

2)Product feature
The two or three-stage crushing is reduced into single stage; small capacity of matched motor which greatly reduces the production cost.
3)Product application
DPC series single stage crusher is widely used for basic industrial raw materials like limestone, coal, gypsum, etc. It is specially used for medium hard rock like limestone crushing, with compression strength lower than 200MPa and calcium higher than 40%.
4)Product principle
Big pieces of materials are fed into crushing chamber, and are stockpiled on the special middle carrier in the machine, the hammer runs in the clearance of middle carrier and smasher the big pieces of materials continually, and the falling small pieces of materials are smashed by hammers, which runs in high speed, and finally the fine crushed materials enter into arc grate board, and the qualified ones are discharged.
