Brief Introduction
The ultrasonic generator (power supply,driving power,control power box) is used for driving the ultrasonic transducers to vibiration.It transforms the commercial power (through rectification,changing,enlarging,booster pressure and matching) into high frequency and high pressure current, which matching the ultrasonic transducers.
The Ultrasonic system has very strict requirements to the power generator, it has to keep tracking and following of transducers's changing characteristic, and adjust it self output current to match frequency, power, impedance resistance and capatitive reactance with untrasound transducer accordingly.
Our intelligent digital generators could match with the ultrasonic transducer perfectly, and design customized generator according to special request.

2. Fully microcomputer control, intelligent frequency tracking, improve the conversion signal output efficiency;

4. Real-time adjustment of system power, amplitude and running time, with over pressure and overload alarm protection;
5. All the components manufacturers to provide foreign well-known brands, with redundant system, enhance the stability;
6. Using computer simulation design for matching circuits, combined with the data calculation and aging operation, to assurance perfect match of ultrasonic vibration system and generator;
7. Good human-machine interface, design firm and beautiful, for easy operation and personnel handling.

Frequency range: 10Khz to 100Khz,according to client request;
Power range: 0 to 5000 watts,according to client request;
Driving ways: Self- excited, non self-excited;
Power adjust way: Continuous adjustment (digital,30%-100%), file adjustment(analog,50%-100%);
Swith control way: Control panel, external connection control etc;
Typical Generator Size: 360*256*110mm, 389*193*306,582*385*132mm, etc or according to client request;
