Planar curving belt conveyor refers to a special belt conveyor by means of planar conveyor belt to realize planar turning and also realize vertical concavo-convex arc turning following planar turning to form spatial turning. This conveyor lifts the internal curve of conveyor belt, enabling generation of an outward centrifugal thrust during operation of conveyor to overcome centripetal force of belt tension caused by turning for guaranteeing the turning operation of conveyor belt. The curving operational route adopted can steer clear of obstacles or unfavorable sections to realize fewer or no intermediate transfer stations so as to reach the purpose of reducing quantity of equipment and enable power supply of system and control system to be more centralized. Up to now our company has successfully designed, manufactured and installed multiple planar curving belt conveyors for projects of Wuhu Hailuo, Chizhou, Hubei Huaxiang and Kyrgyzstan, etc. The figure below shows a long-distance and multi-point driven planar turning off-load belt conveyor of our company supplied for Wuhu Hailuo, the only central driven planar turning long-distance belt conveyor independently designed, manufactured and installed at home.
