stacker-reclaimer for Longitudinal Storage Yard is used for al, power plant, metallurgy, steel, chemical industry etc. Mainly for the homogenization of limestone, coal, iron ore, cement. Homogenizing S/R is made up of lateral cantilever homogenizing stacker and bridge scraper reclaimer, they are travelling on their respective tracks.
By adopting stacking & reclaiming process of the continuous chevron type stacking and full cross section reclaiming, after the blending treatment, the physical and chemical properties of the raw materials with different physical and chemical properties will be improved and the composition fluctuation will be smaller so that the production process and operation of the users can be simplified, the technical and economic indicators can be increased, and the perfect economic benefit can be achieved.
The side type scraper (scraping bucket) reclaimer is mostly used for stacking and reclaiming the auxiliary bulk materials like the sand stones and raw coal and so on.
