   The small liquid  nitrogen  generator of KHN is based on pressure swing absorb principle, use the carbon  molecular sieve  as the adsorbent, get the nitrogen from the air with certainly pressure.   The compressed air that be purifyed is goes into the absorber to adsorb by add  pressure and reduce pressure & cast absorb.Because of motion effect,the spread rate of the oxygen in the carbon molecular sieve small hole is bigger than nitrogen,when the adsorb have not reach the balance,the nitrogen were concentrated in the gas phase to form the product nitrogen.Then reduce to normal atmosphere,the oxygen and impurity that be absorbed become rebirth.generally there are set two absorb columns ,one column is produce the nitrogen  and the other is absorb to rebirth by the PLC system to control itself,let the double column work circulatory.Then the product nitrogen liquefyinged by stirling cooler.
