pressure swing adsorption principle. That is to obtain the qualified N2, should
 firstly complete the separation of O2 and N2 after close and open of program 
control valve, compression adsorption, and decompression desorbing. Taking 
use of the absorbance difference oxygen and nitrogen in the surface of carbon
 molecular sieve, I. E. The diffusion adsorption of the carbon molecular sieve to 
O2 is larger than N2.
