MG400 930(900)-WD Electric Traction Coal Mine Machines Coal Shearer
The machine is a new designed on-board AC frequency coversion speed regulation shearer according to the requirements of customers and more than 10 years practice for AM 500 as well as other electric shearers on the basis of Chiness situation and ideal equipment to realize high productivity for coal minings.
Technical feature
1.Multi-motor mouldular construction, the cutting motor is in the ranging arm, no power transfer between the arm and body, the bevel gear and complicated shaft, back wheel etc are cancelled, using simple pros to hinge with mainframe.
2.On-board AC frequency converting speed regulation, SUPER TRAC chainless traction system, low frequency start-up , large pulling force, constant power stepless speed regulation.
3.Intergral (or several) mainframe, the reverse cutting force from drum, support force of cylinder, reverse action force of traction drive as well as supporting positioning, guiding of face conveyor are all borne by the simple constructive and rigid mainframe, each unit can easily handling from the gob side of mainframe with reliable application and service.
4.The key parts adopt foreign import parts such as bearings seals, pumps and frequency converter, the overload testing is made for the drive parts so that the machine has high reliability.
5.The machine uses the series design with better adaptability and generality, the ranging arm and traction drive box and independent haulage can exchange each other left and right, only the idle wheel of independent haulage and swing angle of arm as well as drum diameter are changed, the requirement of 1.6~4.5 m mining height can be met, the ranging arm motor and haulage motor each has three different size of power for choice and can exchange right and left.
6.The pick type high power drum can be used on hand coal seam and the seam with stone.
7.The main components of water and hydraulic system are located in multi-way block to reduce works for pipe connection and service.
8.The control system adopts the computer center control with such function as pilot monitor, operation protection, display of run and fault, data store, fault self diagnose memory, power auto banlance etc. The control is intellectualized, the water cooling motor has tempreature protection, the haulage system can located the speed limit protection device and zero speed auto braking unit. Prewarning device may be assorted if required, 485 communication interface can be reserved as well.
