Group Steam Heating Stainlesss Steel Mixing tank For Shampoo, Mouthwash, Liquid Soap
Group blending blending tank is mainly suitable for preparation of liquid detergents(such as shampoo, mouthwash, hand wash, liquid soap and so on) .Integrating blending ,dispersing, heating and cooling ect. Functions, the reacting machine is an ideal device for liquid preparation in various factories.
Configuration
(1) Material :316L stainless steel .
(2) Capacity :Solution volume range from 300-1000L.
(3) It can heat up the water to 80-90 degrees by Electric steam boiler.
(4) Add one centrifugal pump, to homogenize the material in re-circulation transfering,and make the cleaning more easier.
(5) Heating method:Steam heating.
(6) Install one 5 micron filter between the blending tank and storage tank.
(7) Add the weighing load cell ,Unit in “kg” with 2 decimals.
