Start pendulum feeder with care when operation
Pendulum feeder, a stripper instrument, is used for ore dressing, coal and chemical industry. The granular material is sent to the pendulum feeder via funnel from storage cell.
1. Pendulum feeder is able to realize constantly and evenly feeding ore material. It is installed at the bottom of storage cell or funnel at conveying speed of not more than 500 mm/s. The device is available for dry and non agglomerate materials, such as ore stone and coal briquette, etc. While it is not suitable for powder material, which is easily blogging and influencing material feeding. On the other hand, it will also bring about powder dust and doubtlessly influence the cleaning operational site. At the same time, the machine can be used as dead lock when it is off position.
2. Because of the worm-gear speed reducer, pendulum feeder's structure is rather compact. And it also equipped with reliable sealing device, which prevents dust and foreign materials from entering into machine to influence running.
Work principle:
Decelerate the motor through a V-belt speed reducer. And the decelerated power is transmitted to the eccentric wheel whose eccentricity is adjustable. The eccentric wheel drives swing backplane through the connecting rod. Ore in the ore bin which is located in the top of the feeder goes with constant velocity out of the discharge opening via the feeder body cavity, so as to ensure uniformity feeding to the ball mill.
Operation instruction:
(1) Upon screws being connected to proper place of the bottom of storage device, the installation finished.
(2) Before operation, we must check whether lubricating oil is enough or not in worm-gear speed reducer and other joint parts, if not adequate, fill oil fully.
(3) Before start the motor, we shall pull out dynamic elastic coupling with hand, looking over the motion of all the joint pats. If there are any inflexible parts or blogging phenomena, some measures shall be taken to avoid them.
Spiral classifier is short for classifier. Classifier includes high weir spiral, double spiral, sank single spiral and the double spiral.
Spiral classifier is one of the beneficiation equipments. According to the different proportion of solid particles, the rate of precipitation in the liquid is also different. Spiral classifier concentrates fine ore based on the principle. After grinding, the materials will pass through filter, through which the coarse materials will return to ball mill and the fine ore will be discharged from the overflow pipe.
(4) After having finished above steps, we can plug in and idling for 2-3 minutes. If everything goes well, the machine can be used for normal operation.
