1. The wind Turbine nacelle cover is manufactured with various processes, including roll coating, LRTM, vacuum assisted perfusion, etc.

2. An imported gel spraying machine and resin roll coater ensure accurate machining of raw materials and even coating of the wind turbine nacelle cover.

3. The body of wind turbine nacelle cover is designed with PVC form interlayer to improve strength. It is manufactured with a silencer sponge inside to reduce noise.

Our company is well equipped with detection and testing facilities, including a universal material testing machine, impact testing machine, thickness tester, articulated arm coordinate measuring machine, chemical lab, etc.  All these facilities can be used for detection and testing of raw materials and products in terms of various typical properties.
