Smoke House Oven/Smoking Oven
Smoke house oven consists of baking, smoking, ventilating systems, etc. take the SYZ11.4S-C model as example, the sausage smoking oven consists of oven body, smoke device, main pipeline, high pressure steam system, low pressure steam system, electric control parts, clearing parts, etc.
(1) Oven body of the smoking oven is the place for smoking and cooking process, with 4 electric fans fixed upside, the heat and the steam can be forced to circulate so as to even the temperature and smoke. Besides, one temperature sensor is fixed to test the drying, cooking, smoking temperatures automatically.
(2) Smoke device of the smoke house oven/smoking oven: consisting of saw dust box (upside) and fuming furnace. The gear reducer drives the mixing body to send the saw dust to heater of fuming furnace. The dust can be heated and burn slowly with smoke, which is controlled by the button ignition switch of electric cabinet. The smoke is inducted into oven body to smoke the food.
(3) Pipeline includes steaming pipeline, drying pipeline, and clearing pipeline.
(4) High pressure steam system: electron magnetic valve opens and closes automatically to heat the internal coil, offering 0.4-0.6 Mpa of high pressure steam for the smoking process.
(5) Low pressure steam system electron magnetic valve opens and closes automatically, offering 0.05-0.1 Mpa of steam for steaming process.
