Brief Induction
thermal spray wire machine SX-400 consists of power supply, arc spray gun with air compressor, air filter and wire feeding shelf as accessories. It uses the heat generated from electricity arc to melt metal wires, and pulverizes and cools down the molten wire with compressed air, then spray the pulverized metal particles to preprocessed surface at a high velocity to get a perfect coating.
It can use all kinds of metal and metalceramic materials(solid and cored), such as Titanium wire, alloy wires, Mo, Al, Zn, copper, copper alloy, babbitt etc.
Wide spray gun extending range, spray metal wires up to 12kg/hour, and bond strength of coating can reach 70Mpa. Spray wire diameter from 1.6 ~ 3.0mm.
