Characteristics
Arc spray machine to melt the metal material by arc that between two pieces of conductive wire, and then send the molten metal atomization to the product surface with high speed. The arc spray machine is consist of power supply, control device, arc spray gun, wire feeding machine and compressed air supply system, etc. It has reliable performance, low failure rate, material select widely, easy to know the spraying process, and coating stable, etc. It is the most widely application of thermal spraying technology currently, widely used in: power plant boiler corrosion wear resistant coating; steel structure spraying zinc aluminum coating to anti-corrosion; ship hydraulic equipment anti-corrosion spray coating, petrochemical tank anti-corrosion spray coating; and repair all kinds of hardware, axial, rolls, iron products spraying zinc and aluminum coating to anti-corrosion ; paper dryer wear repair; printing roller pressure wound repair, etc.
Arc spray machine consist of
It consist of power supply, controal device, arc spray gun, wire feeding machine.
Auxiliary equipments: Sand blast machine and air compressor machine

Anti-corrosive coating for steel structure of steel tower, bridge, water shutter, vessel and so on.
Surface repair work of work pieces such as paper-making dryer, printing roller, bent axis.

Wire size: It can spray the wire size from diameter 1.6 ~ 3.0mm.
