FEEDER 

·  Vacuum suction suxiliary back-kick paper feeding systemis applied ; the absorption force is adjustable to different cardboard thickness and absorbs the cardboard onto the feeding table, then enter the printing section smoothly

·  Motorized adjustment of the position of side blocking plate,promptly, accurately and easily.

·  The upper paper-feeding roller is wrapped with wearable rubber and subject to balance alignment; the lower paper-feeding roller is empaistic chromeplated.

·  Production number setting device is fitted, needing no manual count

·  Interval paper feeding device(continuous or interval manner is optional),convenient for large-sized cardboard printing.

·  When auto zero setting is used for ordinary cartons, the position can be correctly adjusted by trying printing two pieces of cartons, thus reduces the waste of cartons.

·  Brush is used to remove the impurities on the cardboard to improve printing quality.

·  Clear control pannel make it easy to operate the machine.

PRINTER

  • Hanging plate printing system is applied to make it easy to change plate; Pedal switch is equipped to make it easy to hang plate.

  • The anilox roller plus feeding system ,pneumatic automatic up and down.(the anilox falls to meet the printing plate while feeding paper, it rise to detach from the printing plate while it stops)

  • Planetary gear structure is applied to the circumferential adjustment mechanism of the printing cylinder.The gear is carefully grinded after many times of heating, the hardness can reach HRC58-60

  •  The printing phrase can be subject to a 360-degree adjustment by means of a transducer a touch screen control or in an electric numeral way.(in both running and stop states)

  • Wearable high-precision rigid chrome anilox roller is used for the inking roller.

  • The rubber roller is formed by means of wrapping a steel pipe with wearable rubber, and has good ink-transfering effect

  • The transverse position can be adjusted , with total distance adjustable from right to left being 10mm

 

SLOTTER

 

  • The scoring roller, the feeding roller, and the slotter seat move axially, guided by a rolling straight guiding track so that movement is stable and positioning is accurate.

  • Transducer, touch screen and digital electric adjust the slotting phrase for 360 degrees, clear reset  function is added, and can store orders.

  • Touch screen is set on the control panel to control the paper-feeding section, printing section, and slotting section , easy to operate.

  • Central knife moving to produce large-sized 2- piece cartons.

 

  • The slotter shaft  and the feeding roller shaft are hard-chrome plated and finely polished, enjoying long life span.

  • Punching device is optional to users’s demand

  

DIE CUTTER

·  Computerized or digital display adjustment of the die-cutting phase

·  Digital display control the die-cutting clearance gap pressure.

·  Auto displacement control device to adjust the rubber roll , to prolong the using life

·  Wearable replaceable rubber anvil to make it easy to replace .

·  Precise speed difference compensation system ensure diecutting precision.

·  Anvil roll repair device to prolong using time of anvil roll and reduce consumption.
