This equipment, using falling-film evaporating principle, heats dilute solution to condensed solution by vaporizing partial water by continuous production process.
High condensing ratio(1/5-1/10), wild range of viscosity(<400CP), high efficiency of heat transfer, high productivity etc. It can be used to evaporate the materials with high heat sensitivity and consistency and viscosity, or caustic materials, and also be used to condense the corn steep liquor and maltose juice in starch industry, fruit juice and monosodium glutamate liquid in food industry, milk of dairy industry, syrup in sugar industry and distillers grains.
The equipment has high efficiency of heat transfer, low requirement of temperature difference. It can be combined to be double effect, tri-effect, quadr-effect or even multi-effect evaporation system. It can also use waste heat generated from tube drier, plate dryer or other low heat-value source as evaporator heat source, to save much steam consumption for energy saving. If waste heat vapor supply is enough, there is no more requirement of steam.
