GZG drier is indirect heating, contact type drier, which is widely used in chemical industry, light industry, food and feedingstuff industries etc., for drying loose stuff. These kinds of stuff include powder, particle, non-sticky slice; distillers’ grains of alcohol or beer in light industry; pig hair, bone powder, pig blood fermented powder in food industry; particles or powder shaped fertilizer and inorganic mineral materials in chemical industry; corn germ, corn fibre, albumen powder etc. And carriers in feedstuff industry like bran, corn particle, bean dreg etc., residue of fish or shrimp in fishery, rape seed in oil industry etc.
Low heat-cost; wide range of drying materials; high productivity; high evaporation capacity which can be used for drying stuffs with high humidity; high drying flexibility (drying time can be adjusted according to different material and water percentage); continuous production (highly automation); intermittent production (for special production techniques).
GZG driers adopt U.S. BIJUR micro-computer centralized lubricant system, with alarming system when in lack of lubricant to avoid unnecessary damage to the bearing. With self-aligning bearing on one end and concentric revolving reel plus self-aligning bearing from German INA technology on the other end, this makes the full system more efficient and optimum.
