1. Brief

This product is used for testing β-lactamase residue in raw milk. Sensitivity is as following Table 1, suitable for all kinds of enterprises and Inspection agency.

2. Components

1)  β-lactamase colloidal gold

rapid test strip (Including tablet,

reagents board, dropper, desiccant)

2)  Manuals (1 piece/kit)

3)  5 ml graduated tube (50 pieces/kit)

4)  Dilution solution (5 tubes/kit)

3. Sample preparation

1). Open water bath, adjust to 37℃, begin the experiment when the water temperature reaching 37℃;

2). Take test tube rack into water bath, make water surface a little lower than the top of test tube rack;

3). Unseal the package ofβ-lactamase test strip, take out the small sealed bag, take the tablet into the 5 ml graduated tube;

4). Use pipette to take 1ml dilution solution and 0.25ml raw milk (or use the dropper drop 7 drops of raw milk) into the 5ml graduated tube within tablet, use dropper to mix fully of milk and dilution solution for 10s;(Before incubation, make sure tablet is fully immersion into milk)

5). Put the above 5ml graduated tube into test tube rack, incubation; (milk surface must lower than water surface)

6). Choose incubation time as above Table 1.

7). After incubation, use dropper to mix sample evenly for 10s, then take 6 drops of milk sample to test.
