(1) JX-W1 mesh scourer making machine is used by the electronic converter Step less Speed Regulation technology, Japanese OMRON time controller, PHILIPS sensor automatic counting, size and weight of final scourer could be preset as per requirement.

(3)Not only compression rollers and weaving parts have each separated speed ratio of transmission system, but wire-broken stop motion also works well.

(4)Automatic cutting, its shearing tools are hidden blades with multi-sides saw tooth utilizing the latest company technology we owned. The shearing tools are double cutters with two sides which can be used longer more than ordinary ones. Moreover we fix a high performance 2.4P air compressor system in this machine. It made shearing more accurate, sharper and safer.
