(3)Work accelerating: Motor work acceleration from 0 up to 1600 rounds during 0-3 seconds

(4)Full-automatic operation, the processing of wire material feeding, forging pressing, planning, stretching, and Computerized Numerical Controlling scourer ball separation can be operated by single operator. The equipment can produce with high speed and stability by 4 wires and 2 scourers; it can produce scourers and spiral scourers, the work with water or cooling liquid. The whole machine has good harmonization of precision, excellent transmission, speed ratio and control.
