Parameters and features for JX-A3 utensil making machinery:

(1)Scourer Ball separating: automatic counting ,size and weight of the clean ball could be preset as per requirement. Automatic low voltage melted down.

(2)Materials feeding: Diameter 0.13-0.17mm Stainless Steel Wire (exclude 304), Galvanized Steel Wire, Iron Wire ,Brass Wire.

(3)Work accelerating: Motor work accelaration from 0 up to 1600 rounds during 0-3 seconds

(4)Full-automatic operation,the processing of wire material feeding, forging pressing, planing, stretching, and Computerized Numerical Controlling scourer ball separation can be operated by single operator.The equipment can produce with high speed and stability by 4 wires and 2 scourers,it can produce scourers and sprial scourers,the work with water or cooling liquid. The whole machine has good harmonization of precision, excellent transmission, speed ratio and control.
