(1)scourer ball separating :automatic counting ,size and weight of the clean ball could be preset as per requirement. Automatic low voltage melted down.
(2)working accelerating: motor speed accelerating from 0RPM up to 1600RPM in 2 seconds.
(3)this machine can produce scourers with large wheels of wire(raw materials),and each weight of the raw materials is more than 15kgs,the machine produce scourer with little wire broken, high yields .It continuous to produce scourer with stability and high-speed. Except to produce of produce general scourer, it also can produce spiral scourer.The whole machine has good harmonization of precision, excellent transmission, speed ratio and control.
