Description:Function & Assemble Parts: 1.It can produce santary napkin with air-laid paper or fluffy pulp as absorbent matertial. Cotton core is molding in package type. 2.Independent small package is advanced in designing, complying with high-speed production, especially suitable to produce large-diameter sanitry napkin. 3.Independent packaging style: sanitary napkin after folding wings is struck with outer package film and then three-folded. Products are sealed with adhesive tape and become into square small package. 4.As per request, it can be equipped with cotton core two-routes spraying unit to produce center protrusion cotton core lady napkin, also leakage barrier can be added. Structure & Character: 1.Driving system consists of gearwheel box, universal shaft coupling and arc-gear synchronous belt. The driving mechanical parts are installed at the bottom, so it can avoid vibration. 2.It adopts large-diameter web wheel to lay down cotton fluff, SAP powder can be adjustable. 3.The main press-cut rollers adopt universal shaft driving. It can guarantee the knives'service life and make driving fast. 4.Chain differential rotation, the synchronous belts can make the pieces be laid in the same interval. The bearing, synchronous belts and electrical component are famous brands and made in China.
