5-stage cyclone preheater and calciner are two most important parts composed of the new type cement production line clinker calcining system, and also the key technology and equipment to improve the cement quality and lower the heat consumption. Preheater is designed in accordance with the designing of the exchange between raw materials and the waste gas of kiln outlet.  There are mainly four types : DD calciner type of furnace, N-KSV, RSP, N-MFC in our company.

　　Preheater has more than ten kinds of specifications, suitable for supporting the use of a variety of kiln types (see the products list), in the transformation, the introduction of Japan's Kawasaki digestion 800 tons, 1000 tons daily output of cement clinker on the basis of the main equipment, developed 500 tons, 2000 tons daily output with a precalciner five-satge suspension preheater. Preheater can be used in new construction and transformation of medium and small cement plants.
