Torque Converter Lock-up Plate Bonder Rebuilding Equipment Description:
Friction disc bonding machine is a special equipment which can bond the friction disc to the locking plate or front cover of torque converter by heating. When repairing the torque converter, it is often necessary to replace the friction discs. The bonding process has to be completed under the conditions of high temperature or high pressure. The high-temperature bonding machine can bond the friction discs quickly and accurately.
Technical Characteristics:
1. Different torque converters are provided with different friction discs;
2. It only takes the equipment 15 minutes for pre-heating to raise the temperature from 0 F to 400F; and the bonding process can be completed within 7 minutes;
3. The bonding process is proceeding automatically;
4. This equipment can meet the bonding requirements for friction discs of torque converters used in various automatic transmission gearboxes;
5. It is fitted with an air switch for overload protection. This air switch can provide a overload protection by automatic tripping when the working current exceeds the rated value in system settings;
6. It is fitted with a temperature buzzer to ensure security and reliability.
