Torque convertor Leaking Tester Rebuilding Equipment description:
Automatic Transmission Torque Converter Leaking tester is dedicated equipment for maintenance and remanufacturing of torque converte. Torque converter remanufactuing needs impermeability leaking tests. Automatic Transmission Torque Converter Leaking tester is specially designed for this purpose. When the torque converters are seamed, they should be put into water and pressurized to ensure that no cracks and leaks appear and that they are evenly seamed. Observe whether they are bubbles or not and judge maintenance quality of the torque converters.
Technical Characteristics:
1. The leaking tester can effectively conduct leaking tests on torque converters after seaming.
2. They are characterized by small volume, simple structure, easy installation and high test efficiency.
3. Inject air and simulate pressure condition inside the torque converters. Test whether welded joints of the torque converter can endure high pressure or not. If the torque converter are not firmly welded or cracks exist, gas leakage can be observed. Then welding quality of the converter can be judged.
4. The leaking tester use pneumatic lifting column stoppers, which can make operation more convenient.
5. Equipped with pressure gage, air pressure inside the torque converters can be conveniently read out.
6. Pneumatic lifters can easily install and dismantle the torque converters during leaking test.
