AT Torque Converter Balancer Rebuilding Equipment Description:
The torque converter balancing machine is a kind of new type balancing machine equipment with wider application scope developed rapidly in recent years, which is applicable for such various kinds of disc sample workpieces as flywheel, fan, vane wheel, chuck, brake, grinding wheel, saw bit and belt pulley as well as clutch to perform the calibration and balancing. As long as the workpieces and clamps are replaced and installed, the balancing for various workpieces can be performed.
This machine belongs to one of hard support series of vertical balancing machine products and is provided with such characteristics as high support rigidity, strong restoring force and good stability. The piezoelectric transducer is employed for the electromechanical transducer, with such characteristics as larger output capacity, small volume and convenient installation.
The industrial computer (single chip processor)as well as the digital and analogue integrated circuit applied internationally are employed for the measuring system, the rotary speed, magnitude and phase are fully displayed in figure, and the unbalance is directly displayed in “g”. Meanwhile, based on the physical dimension for different types of rotor, the numeric key is employed to input the radius r; after being started once, the magnitude (g) and phase for unbalance can be displayed correctly and the memory display can be displayed. If the coordinated recalibration device is eliminated, the operation for removal of unbalance can be simple and convenient and the efficiency can be high. Therefore, this type of balancing machine is an optimal equipment to provide the balance for high-disc components for you.
