1)The machine bed is welded by thick wall square pipe.The machine is featured with good rigidity,small distortion and high precision,reliable and durable.
2) Y axis adopts double motor drive the high precision rack drive makes high speed and steady moving.
3) The rotator system uses the engine bed chuck and afterward thimble,afterward thimble movement uses the square linear guide rail,the concentricity to be extremely precise the chassis uses the ZL-102 wholly.
4) May choose and match the stainless steel water through in the moving platform for processing stone,also with auto water installment.
5)May lay aside 2 sets of 4012 rotors in the equipment platform.When does not process the column work place ,may unload the rotor and carry on plane carving.Plane work piece thickness may reach 700mm.
6) Matches the Germany domestic product double nut with ball bearing guide screw.
