Construction and Working Principle
SY Series rotating roller mill mortar for the vertical structure is made up of transmission system grinding system and the body . Generally, drive system used low-speed motor drive pulley directly to decelerate, that is stable and reliable. Grinding system is by a rotating cone-shaped millstone and several passable adjust clearance, rocker shaft is installed on the body outside,that is simple structure and very low failure rate(safe). When it works , material from the upper feeding mouth to the bottom of millstone, and it moves up the inwall of millstone in under the action of centrifugal force, while grinding roller turns on iteself in the resistance of the material.In addition, the material which is repeatedly laminated in the upstream process is rubbed. In the end , the material expel from the bottom under gravity.
The Main Features
SY rotating roller mill mortar structural features determine its superior technical performance.
1. Energy saving(low), it saves 30% to 50% electricity more than the vibrating mill or Raymond machines, and it can save 50% to 60% electricity more than ball.
2. The abrasion is small, roll grinding, lining etc parts is adopted the high chrome alloy steel materials , that is long service life, and it is five times more than general material. Its abrasion resistance is good , so it is abraded more smally and increased TieXing of materials is less.
3. High output, the number of the roll grinding is 4-6 or above, so it can improve more grinding efficiency than general grinding equipment, increasing production(a high grinding efficiency, large yield).
4. Uniform discharge, the working gap of the gap can be adjusted in the operation of the mill, degree of grain size distribution can be adjusted, ensuring the grain-size of ejectionofcompact steadily all the time, and the discharging material is not caked.
5. Strong adaptation, SY is very strong for material adaptability, it is not only suitable for the rule of the material under 8 grades in the trade as the mine, but also it can dry grinding, and can be wet grinding, while it is suitable for material with strict requirements of the grain size and asking for controlling super fine powder content of material processing.
6. Long life, grinding roll bearing is in the body , and it turns on iteself on site, so the dust is difficult to intrude into the bearing to block the lubrication. Our machine in operation can dilute oil lubrication at any time, bearing long life, and efficency of equipment operation is high.
7. The operation is easy, the equipment is simple,easy to use, and easy to maintain.
8. Good environmental protection, low noise is less than 80dB, almost no dust pollution.
9. The floor area of the equipment is small, the investment province, so it can save construction investment.
10. High security, closed system of forces, the lower trassmission, safe operation, failure rarely.
