Vibration Eliminator

The metal hose which has excellent flexibility, and vibration absorbing capacity, is covered tightly by high intensive protecting metal net and fixed by two matal rings at ends with copper fittings, therefore it also has better pressure-resistant capacity.

1. Shield vibration absorber is designed to be intalled in the suction and discharge lines of air conditioning and refrigeration systems to reduce vibration in the transmission of  compressor-induced vibration through tubing.

2.Shield vibration absorber is produced of deep pitch corrugated tube for increasing flexibility and vibration absorption,covered by high tensile wire braided for superior stength.

3.The tube and braid are reinforced by ferrules at each end, and connected with a female copper tube end by high temperature of brazed alloya.

4.Each Shield vibration absorber is tested for pressure and then carefully vacuum tested using a highly sensitive helium mass spectrometer leak detection device.
