1. Shield vibration absorber is designed to be installed in the suction and discharge lines of air conditioning and refrigeration systems to reduce vibration in the transmission of compressor-induced vibration through tubing.
2. Shield vibration absorber is produced of deep pitch corrugated tube for incresing flexibility and vibration absorption, covered by high tensile wire braided for superior strength.
3. The tube and braid are reinforced by ferrules at each end, and connected with a female copper tube end by high tempreature of brazed alloys.
4. Each Shield vibration absorber is tested for pressure and then carefully vacuum tested using a highly sensitive helium mass spectrometer leak detection device.
