1. The chemical composition of titanium and titanium alloy rods shall be meet requirements with GB / T 3620.1, the chemical composition of the allowed deviation should be in accordance with GB / T 3620.2 requirements, by reinspecting of demand-side.
2. Diameter or side lengths and the allowed deviation of hot rods should be in accordance with the requirements of Table 1.
3. The Diameter of the rods after thermal processing   and been processed with lathing, (grinding) and cold-rolling, its deviation should be allowed to table II.
4. The non-roundness of the rods after thermal processing (grinding)   should be less than the half of its dimension tolerance.
5. For processing the Ti rods of non fixed length ,the length 300 ~ 6000mm, Length at annealing   state   300 ~ 2000mm, the length of Constant Length   or double length  should under the rang of the non- fixed dimension.   The allowed deviation of fixed length is + 20 mm; the double length should also be included in the volume of incision rods, per amount of incision is 5mm. the fixed length or double length should be specified in the contract.
