The fermenting system is made up with 6-12 fermenting tanks, We can support you all kinds of beer equipment range from 100L to 2000L. We can also design according to your request. All fermenting tanks were welded with the imported high quality stainless steel reaching to the food sanitation standard. The inside polish<0.6um.the outside adopts the secondary smooth polishing. It can keep warm by imported PU foam with bottom cone type. The cooling jackets of fermenting tanks adopt dimple plate, arch channels etc to exchange heat. There are many pipe lines between the fermenting tanks such as washing pipelines, material pipelines, cooling medium circumfluence pipelines and CO2 pipeline. With the help of PLC auto-control system, the equipments can reach to automatic and semi-automatic control. This guarantees the accuracy of the process parameters and experimental results. All the stainless steel pipeline which connect with material adopt sanitary ISO or Din standard pipe. Inside and outside polish to satisfy sanitary standard. At the same time, each fermenting tank attaches a JMC-1 type yeast concentration detector which is the advanced international level, realizing online testing fully guaranteeing the veracity of the testing, get a historic breakthrough on microbial cells detection in beer fermentation
