Bucket elevator is composite by the shell, traction parts (chain), hopper, driving wheel (head wheel), bend wheel (tail wheel), tensioner, guider, feeding end (inlet) and the discharge end (outlet).
a, cylindrical bucket: deep bucket, bucket opening was 65 º tilt, high depth, and for drying, good flow, for good scattered granular material delivery
Shallow bucket: opening was 45 º tilt, low depth, for mobility and wet granular materials.
b, angular bucket: the side extent out the end board to form guard board, when discharging, the material flow along the guard board and floor, for the delivery of viscosity, large and heavy block of bulk materials
traction parts
(A) rubber belt: flexible gasket fixed with screws and connected to the belt end, with bucket width more than 35 ~ 40mm, generally belt can deliver materials no more than 60 ℃, heat-resistant belt can reach 150 ℃.
(B) chain: the single chain connected to the back board of hopper; the double chains connect on both sides of the hopper board. Chain bucket elevator applies single chain when the bucket width is 160 ~ 2500mm, and applies double chains when the bucket width is 320 ~ 630mm, the main drawback of chain bucket elevator is high wear and frequency maintenance.
