Cement kiln consists of barrel, supporting device, catch wheel supporting device, driving device, movable kiln head, sealing device in kiln end, coal burner and other parts. The barrel has a certain inclination with the horizontal level. Riding wheel supports the barrel, and the catch wheel prevents the barrel form popping up and down. Besides the main drive, the driving system also has auxiliary drive for rotating the barrel continuously and protecting the kiln body form bending and distorting when the main power supply is interrupted. The sealing device in kiln head and end adopts advanced technology, guaranteeing the reliability of seal. In environmental protection, the cement rotary kiln can incinerate dangerous waste and garbage, which not only decrease the quantity of waste and make the waste harmless.
