Microcrystalline Fused Alumina

Microctystalline fused alumina is a new type of abrasive product developed by our plant to

meet the domestic and international market in recent years. It is a derivative species of

brown fused alumina, and its appearance, color and chemical composition are similar to

brown fused alumina. Microctystalline fused alumina is made by changing crystal cooling

method. Its crystal size is small (50--280um), and its grain is combined from

fine crystal polymerization, with the features of good toughness, high intensity and good

self-sharpening. Abrasive tools which is produced by Microctystalline fused alumina is

suitable for grinding stainless steel, carbon steel,ball milling cast iron etc, and its grinding

way can be applied in form grinding, infeed grinding, precision grinding and

heavy-burdened grinding.
