Neomark Encapsulating Pigment Inks
The pigment granules have been grinded to less than 120 nanometers (D50) , and each pigment granule is encapsulating in a resin. This technology offers many advantages over conventional pigment and dye based inks . The primary advantages being those of uniform particle shape and particle size,greater color gamut,advanced optical density,enhanced weather resistance ,and support for a wider range of media.
Broad Color Gamut
Each ink particle is coated wih a resin, this coating allows ink particles to be more evenly distributed over the media, offering a superb color gamut which approaches that of dye ink, but with the water fastness and light fastness of pigment ink.It is ideal ink for photography and graphic art applications.
Advanced Optical Density
Conbentional pigment inks lie on top of the media’s surface and are easily smudged , scratched or damaged ;while our encapsulating pigment inks can easily penetrate into the coating of media,producing greater optical density.
Enhanced Weather Resistance
Weather resistant pigments are used in our ink formulations.These pigments prevent accidental damage caused by moisture,spills,or even exposure to UV light and ozone.With our encapsulating pigment inks,you get rich and vibrant colors for a lifetime.
Support a Wider Range of Media
Conventional pigment inks are optimized mostly for plain and matte papers;while our encapsulating pigment inks now produce extremely good output on all inkjet media including plain paper,matte peper,semi-gloss photo paper,glossy photo paper…etc.Undoubtedly,you can easily produce everyday documents and photos with one printer and one set of our encapsulating pigment inks.
