Introduction of DPX series single-stage fine crusher Machine :
DPX series single-stage fine hammer crusher is the single-stage crushing of the brittle material with middle hardness. It can replace the traditional threes-stages crushing system, and widely used in the cement, artificial sand, ceramic, glass, coal, metalloid mine and new green building materials industries. It can handle coarse, middle and fine material with one step, the investment can be reduced by 35-50% than the cost of traditional secondary or three stages.
Performance Features of DPX series single-stage fine crusher Machine :
1. Large feeding size(-1300mm, +500mm), fine discharging size (D80≤ 8mm), High capacity and large crushing ratio.
2. Hammer head is made of AMC composite material which is developed by our company independently. The service life of the hammer is 50-150% longer than the hammer which is made from Mn18Cr2MoNbRe.
3. Low power consumption, easy maintenance and low operation expense, can save the management fee by 30-40%.
4. When it used for the sandstone material crushing, the discharging size can be adjust from 3-30mm.
5. Simple process flow, the floor area can be reduced by 40-60%
6. The discharging grid plate is adjustable, it can adjust the product size and meet the different requirement of clients.
7. The service life of the wear parts is very long, Maintenance frequency is greatly reduced.
Working Principle of DPX series single-stage fine crusher Machine :
The large material is fed into the cavity, then stacked on the airframe in the machine. The hammer are working in the middle of the gaps in bracket, breaks the material continuous and fall down, the small material is stroke again by the high-speed hammer, finally discharging from the grid plate.
