This production line is competent to produce many kinds of hot melt adhesive stick by changing the headpieces and add vice machine distribution devices. It is a machine serving many purposes, and it can produce many hot melt granulates. It can work continuously by adding the prepared kettles on the reaction part. As to the extrusion part, it applies the method of water cooling, air cooling, wholly automatic temperature controlling, frequency conversion, dual headpieces discharging the sticks, dicing automatically. The machinery is reasonably designed with quite high automation. The product coming out has many advantages like very smooth skin, high degree of homogeneous, diaphaneity and high product capacity. It is the ideal process equipment at present in the hot melt industry.
