Over Floor Vertical Winding Machine consists of chuck rotation system, operation platform, mobile expandable plates, coil platform, pneumatic conductor clip device, decoiler and electrical control system. The high accuracy encoder for the main motor realizes the logic relation on coils No., the position of coil pressing head and position of the platform. The vertical movement of operation platform and coil platform are driven by servo motors with self-compensation function, connected with reducer and ball screw. The moving synchronization and automatic positioning accuracy as well reliability are realized by software, servo motors and special brake device. The operation platform is equipped with pedal switch and hand button box. The CRTs are installed in the control desk and can show technology parameters timely. It is easy to operate the machine with programming or manual.
