Intlligent automatic filters is used to a variety of water supply systems, especially in continuous operation without stopping. It can filtrate such water with a variety of mechanical impurities. Structures and principles
The internal structure of Automatic filter is made by pig bristles brush or stainless steel wire and stainless steel sieve and ransmission component. It will automatically cleans by the drive motor and the sewage valve, the operation mode is automatically run (also can be manual operation), with auto discharge function of time. The automated part is adopted to the world's most advanced and most reliable programmable logic controller PLC. When the water through the filter, mechanical impurities are blocked by sieve, when the mechanical impurities in sieve surface throughs increased, the differential pressure is closed to 0.05Mpa, Pressure-type pressure switch discrete signal, while PLC is give order, drive motor willstarts, open the drain valve, The impurities in the sieve are brushed down by rotating brush, then be disharged from sewage outlet. The whole process without personnel to operate ,without stop the machine, at the same time, this machine also has manual functions, make sure the safe of effluent in any time.
