Stainless steel plate and frame filter press:
It can be used in all kinds of suspension liquid for separating solid and liquid, such as food, environmental protection lighty industry, medicine, chemical industry, metallurgy, petroleum industry, etc., especially large quantity of liquid beverage precise filtration or degerming filtration in beer, white spirit, wine, oil.
Work principle and structural features:
Suspension liquid are sent by material pump into every sealed filtrating chamber. Under pressure, liquid goes through filtrating layers and filtrating cloth, and then discharged from outlet but residue are kept in filtrating frame to separate solid and liquid.
Product features:
There are paperboards or filtrating materials to seal the gaps between filtrating frames and filtrating plates. This filter press is a stainless plate and frame precise one ( or called stainless paperboard filter press) with large filtrating capacity and filtrating areas over 2㎡. A fixed bar is equipped to set paperboard under filter press to make it convenient to put filtrating material. It uses precise degerming paper to filtrate different kinds of health wine, wine.
