HX-1575B(HX-1092/1575/2200/2300/2400/2600/2800B)has been integrated with the
internationally advanced PLC technology, variable speed adjustment and Man-
machine conversation operation. It adopts newly designed glue applicator unit
which makes gluing more equality. Kitchen Towel Machine can add 1-3 colors
water ink printing system for printing diversified fine pattern, brand, with
characters of clear and bright printing, exact overprint, high speed and
stable running.
Main features :
1.Man-machine conversation operation control, and PLC control production.
Automatically stop machine when paper breaks.
2.Automatic trim margin, spray glue, realizing the technology of
internationally-popular trimming margin and sealing tail.
3. Advanced programmable control technology. The winding profiles can be
tight at the beginning of winding, and then getting loose, to avoid the
problems that the cores are loose from the rolls after long time storage.
4. Stepless speed adjustment for unwinding roll, to ensure a stable unwinding
roll.
5. jumbo roll loading, automatic detection of paper break, and machine stop
automatically.
6. High precision screwy perforation knives and 4 perforation blades to make
clear perforating with low noise and pneumatic control makes it easy to guide
the paper.
7. Embossing system adopts steel to rubber rollers style and steel to wool
rollers style which can be selected by customers.
8. Glue lamination unit: When producing kitchen towels, apply glue on
embossed convexity to make 2 layers of paper stick together, enhance water
absorption.
9. Drying system: It can reduce water when paper is under glue lamination
which makes paper keep for a long term.
10. Set frontal and back inching switched humanization device to make
