Typically the whole system contains pretreatment system, reverse osmosis devices, post-treatment system, cleaning system, and electrical control systems.
Pretreatment system general contains pumps, dosing devices, quartz sand filters activated carbon filter, and precision filter and so on. Its main role is to reduce the raw water pollution index and residual chlorine in order to achieve the reverse osmosis water requirements. Device configuration of the pretreatment system should be based on the specific circumstances of raw water.
Reverse osmosis unit includes multi-stage high pressure pump, reverse osmosis membrane element shell(pressure vessel), frame etc.Its main role is to remove impurities in water.
The single-stage reverse osmosis desalination rate can reach to 98%.
The advantages of reverse osmosis
1. Operates continuously and the water quality of the product is stable.
2. No need to use acid -alkali to regenerate.
3. Will not stop operation because of regeneration.
4. Saves the recoil and the clean water used.
5. Produces the ultra-pure water by the high production rate(Production rate can reach as high as 95%).
6. Non-regeneration sewage,need not the sewage treatment facility.
7. Does not need the acid-alkali reverse and the acid-alkali dilution delivery equipments.
8. Can reduce the building area of workshop.
9. Uses safely and reliably, avoids the workers contacting acid and alkali.
