Overview

According to exchanging  filler, Ion Exchanger divides into three types :Cation and Anion beds ,Mixed 

bed and Regenerated bed. Cation and Anion beds run by countercurrent regeneration; According to 

regeneration style , Mixed bed classifies into three types: column inside regeneration ,anion resin 

transferring outside regeneration and  Cation and Anion resin all transferring  outside regeneration. 

Regeneration process and regeneration device are used to regenerate resin transferred out of mixed 

bed.

Function and Application

Cation and Anion Exchanger is mainly used in  water softening of boiler ,thermal power plant, 

pharmacy ,textile ,chemistry,,light industry and electronic industry, etc. also used in preparation 

of demonized water ..There are about four kinds of material of exchanger for you to choose : PVC,

composite FRP, ,Plexiglas ,Transparent Composite FRP and Steel Liner.
