Product Description
RO system is widely used in water supply treatment, purification for tap water, seawater and brackish water, pure water and ultra-pure drinking water production, power stations, electronic industries, medicine manufactories, and medical treatment. It is key equipment of pure water plant.
Process : Raw water→The raw water tank→Booster Pump→Quartz sand filters→Activated carbon filters→Scale inhibitor charging equipment→ultrafilter→High pressure pump→Scale inhibitor charging equipment→CO2 deaerator→midst water tank→midst water pump→EDI device→Ultrapure water
1> EDI water treatment system Advantage:
1. Automatically and manually wash RO membrane;
2. Manually wash RO memebrane with chemicals on machine;
3. Machine automatically stops when high water level of purified water, and runs when low level;
4. Multi-stage pumps protect the machine when lack of water;
5. Large eletric current, creepage protect and so on;
2>EDI water treatment system Water application:
1. Suitable water source: Tap water, surface well water
2. Inlet water TDS limit: Below 2000PPM(for other water source, please provide us water report for detailed analysis for choosing RO membrane)
3. Water recovery rate: 70%
4. RO membrane salt rejection rate: 99%
5. Treatment water TDS range: 30-50ppm(bottled water standard)
3>Installation:
1. Raw water pump-provide the pressure to silica sandfilter/active carbon filter
2. Silica sand filter-get rid of turbidity, suspended mater, organic matter, colloid and so on.
3. Active carbon filter-remove the color, free chloride, organic matter, harmful matter and so on.
4. Micron filter-prevent any deposition of large Particles, most of the bacteria, and viruses into the RO membrane, the accuracy is 5 um, for holding back any large particulates such as large iron, dust, suspended matter, impurity.
5. High pressure pump-provide the high pressure to RO membrane(at least 2.0Mpa)
