Ultra-filtration Facility[UF]

A  Working  principle of  Ultra-filtration

   Mineral water, spring water is usually produced with pressure as driven force, by use of UF membrane with different diameter to separate impurities. At present, PSU & poplypropylene hollow fiber  is applied much more in water treating field.

B  UF membrane

   The filtering membrane with its aperture from 20×10-10m to 1000×10-10m in separating technics is called UF membrane, that is 0.002-0.1μm, and the volume normal colloid ≥0.1μm,latex ≥0.5μm, coliform, staphylococcus ≥0.2μm, suspending matter and corpuscule ≥5μm, so the germ, colloid,suspending matter, protein can be filtered off the solution by use of UF membrane.

C The application of  Ultra-filtration

    It applies for drinking mineral water, spring water, industrial ultra-filtration water and pre-treatment of pure water facilities.

 Mineral water source → Raw water box → Booster pump  → Quartz sand filters → Activated carbon filters → Ultrafilter → Booster pump →  Ultra-filtration host machine→ Ozonizer → Drinking mineral water.
