The whole system contains pretreatment system, reverse osmosis devices, post-treatment system, cleaning system, and electrical control systems.
Pretreatment system general contains pumps, dosing devices, quartz sand filters activated carbon filter, and precision filter and so on. Its main role is to reduce the raw water pollution index and residual chlorine in order to achieve the reverse osmosis water requirements. Device configuration of the pretreatment system should be based on the specific circumstances of raw water.
Reverse osmosis unit includes multi-stage high pressure pump, reverse osmosis membrane element shell(pressure vessel), frame etc. Its main role is to remove impurities in water.
Applications
1 For pure water, gild water, food, beverage purification.
2 For electric, pharmacy, food industry ultra-pure water preparation.
3 Pharmaceutical, textile, chemical and food industries for the separation, concentration, liquid decolonization of process engineering for the purpose.
4 For sea water, brackish water desalination.
5 A large quantity of water, and high desalination rate. Under normal circumstances ≥ 98%.
6 With high capacity of remove organic matter, colloids, particles, bacteria, viruses, and other high heat source.
7 With features such as energy-saving, high water utilization, operation cost lower than other desalination equipments.
8 During operation, it's quite stable and reliable.
9 The equipment takes small space, easy to operate ,maintenance, long working-life.
