Technical data:

Main frame of the equipment:
1. One stainless-steel plate type cylinder (Φ1500×2350×2900). Equiped with bearing (113622)and one set of mould former (spray type).speed regulation holy roll make the finished paper having the good evenness. Consistency is about 0.1%-0.15%.mesh count(90-100) more than 2layers .when the pulp go on the mesh ,it will not throw pulp and won't leave any trace during the production, the finished paper has good strength and evenness in vetical and horizontal.
2. Couch roll(Φ400×2350×2900).the material of roll body is seamless steel pipe. thickness is 14mm.roll surface rubber coating thickness is 25mm.shore hardness “A”30-35°.equiped with bearing (113518)
3. The stander of the cylinder part weld with shaped steel.and the thickness is 10mm.
4. Washing device of cylinder part: spray pipe washer adapt water pressing type .spray pipe DG32 stainless steel. Ceramics hard wearing nozzle.
5. Felt washing part: high pressure cleaning device 2 sets,spray pipe washer adapt water pressing type .spray pipeDG32 stainless steel. Ceramics hard wearing nozzle.
6. Vacuum suction box:4sets in all .1 set(150mm)3sets(250mm. box body is welding with steel plate. board surface material is supra polymer polythene.
7. Body frame is iron casting. material quality (HT200).upright post(400 mm. the height of dryer crossbeam is 400 mm.
8. Dryer can (Φ 2500 × 2350 × 2900) bearing type dryer can. Equiped with bearing (3113156),no patch on the surface of dryer can, shore hardness of dryer can is more than 210°.
9. Scraper of dryer can is gas dynamic type, include air control chest, air cylinder.
10. Touch roll ( Φ 550 × 2350 × 2900),roll body(iron casting)surface rubber coating thickness is 25mm,shore hardness is 93°, pneumatic pressurizing ,include tyre,air
control chest but not contains air pump. Equiped with 113632bearing.fluted rolls.
11. sink roll: Φ194×2450×2900,seamless steel pipe(skin thickness of the steel pipe is 12mm)surface chrome plate. Equiped with bearing(3612)
12. spreader roll: Φ230×2350×2900,rubber costing of the surface,and the thickness of the rubber is 15mm,shore hardness 93°,equiped with bearing 3612.
13. Exhaust hood of the dryer can is type of respiration. include blowing fan,draft fan,radiator.
14. This machine is equiped with electro motion blanket tighting implement. air adjust blanket implement.
15. Winding part: sweat cylinder Φ900×2300×2900, equipped with bearing(113520 ) ,thickness is 14mm, the frame of sweat cylinder is box shaped, welded with steel plate, paper streth roll shaped arch with Φ73mm, covered by cauterize. Soft pressure roll Φ240×2300×2900mm, made by seamless steel pipe,covered with rubber 20mm, the hardness of rubber is HSD 35°, bearing equiped with 3612.Winding roll Φ50mm , is equipped with seamless steel pipe
