Description:They include al2o3-c sliding plate, magnesia-carbon sliding plate and al2o3-zro2-c sliding plate. These products are made of fused corundum, sintered corundum, fused mullites, stabilized zirconia, flake graphite and resinoide. They are added with a special additive, oxidation inhibitor and strengthening agents. With the process of high-pressure forming, it is sintered in nitriding furnaces and impregnated in vacuum. They have structural strength of high-temperature resistance to steel brushing, slow-reaming diameter and good resistance to oxidation. They are widely used in ladles and tundish.
