Description:Silica bricks for glass furnaces are made of high purity quartzite and compound mineralizer with perfect grain size distribution, pressed and sintered. It has high sio2, low flux index (al2o3+2r2o), low fe2o3, high refractoriness under load, low true density, low residual quartz, high tridymite and cristobalite. These products are widely used in glass kiln vaults, recuperator arches and face walls of charging hoppers. They won national silver medal in 1983 (the highest medal), deserving admiration from customers. Silica bricks for hot blast stove have low thermal linear expansion, low residual quartz, low true density, good thermal shock resistance above 600oC, high refractoriness under load and precise measurement. They are mainly used for the high temperature parts such as roofs of hot stoves, upper walls and checkers.
